Today’s discussion of “Conscious Leadership” encourages me to OWN the leadership opportunities that are showing up in my life. I am in leadership in our Parish and in our retreat community as well as informally in smaller groups. These all seem to be pointing in the same direction and today’s discussion encourages me to be BOLD in my leadership and not shrink from the tasks in front of me. Instead of waiting to be confirmed in what I feel I’m being led to I need to SEE it, OWN it, SOLVE it and TAKE ACTION.
