Welcome to Spark! Day 6!  What thoughts do you have about not “being enough?” What fears do you have of not being fully quipped to live the life that you’ve always wanted?

  1. What thoughts do you have about not “being enough” or about comparing yourself to others? What fears do you have of not being fully equipped to live the life that you’ve always wanted.
  2. Reflect on this and identify 1 to 3 things that you have “limiting beliefs” (or self-doubt) about.
  3. Reword the limiting beliefs so that you begin to change the thoughts you have, words you speak and actions you take.
  • Example 1: “I am not well-spoken enough to speak in front of people. No one wants to hear what I have to say.”
  • Changes to: “What I think matters and when I choose to, I should share my worldview with those around me.”
  • Example 2: “I won’t be able to do it so I won’t even try.
  • Changes to: “I can give my best effort and show that I care – and that is enough.”

This is your day to ask: “What more can I do?” and answer: “I can scream out ENOUGH – enough fear, enough limiting beliefs, enough not fully living!”
