Reflect on what your “soda” is [watch the video to understand the soda reference!]. We ALL have a soda.

Maybe for you it is smoking or drinking alcohol. Eating too many sweets or filling yourself with material goods. Maybe its a permanent scowl tattooed to your face or a constant need to be right.

Regardless what your “soda” is, here’s your challenge for today:

1. Get clear on what one bad habit you want to lose.

2. Take a picture of what you are losing today and post it on Facebook or Twitter and tag me so that I can celebrate your “loss” with you!

3. Pick 3 specific things you can do to help you lose your habit TODAY. For example:

  • Replace your morning soda with tea and fresh mint.
  • Replace your 10 AM soda with a walk to get energized.
  • Each time your phone rings, think about how good you’ll feel when you have cut soda out of your diet.

This is your day. Live Inspired.
